Neil has over 25 years’ experience in dealing with corporate, commercial and banking matters having worked in the corporate and banking teams of national & regional law firms including Ward Hadaway, Watson Burton, Keebles, Lupton Fawcett, TLT, HCR Law, & Wright Hassall. 

During his career, Neil has successfully acted for businesses dealing with a broad range of matters including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and company re-organisations. He has advised on MBOs/MBIs, cash-outs, divestments, business T&Cs, due diligence, shareholders and partnership agreements contracts, cross-border deals and auction sales. Neil can advise on purchases out of insolvency, franchise transfers and cross border deals.

Neil is also able to advise on company formation and dissolution/winding up of businesses, and can also provide guidance on group reorganisations and restructuring
