Robert has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with corporate and commercial matters having originally trained as a barrister after doing a stint as the commercial manager of a family owned business. He was Head of Corporate & Commercial at Legal 500 ranked law firm Rothera Sharp, and has significant experience as in house Counsel for some substantial  commercial entities including Sportech PLC, a gaming company, Hoechst UK Ltd, a pharmaceutical and chemical company based in their City office and with headquarters in Frankfurt, as well as company secretary and UK general Counsel for international business Public Safety Equipment Group Ltd trading as Britax.

His remit is to work with individuals and companies to provide a full advisory and practical support service on all areas of corporate law for public and private sector businesses, advising on mergers and acquisition, corporate governance, as well as drafting a range of commercial agreements across a wide range of sectors.
